Take our Lyme study!
We want to better understand how treatments for tick-borne diseases (Lyme and coinfections) are evolving and how symptoms are resolving. The goal of this study is to obtain information regarding dosing and treatment with different treatments such as disulfiram for patients with Lyme or other tick-borne diseases, and, if applicable, other concomitant medications. Please note that this is a research study, and the survey is not being conducted for medical or diagnostic purposes.
This study involves questions about your health and asks about your treatment. The study is being conducted by Dr. Sarah Maxwell of the University of Texas at Dallas in collaboration with, and under the expertise of, Dr. Jayakumar Rajadas, Stanford University. This study has been approved by the University of Texas at Dallas Institutional Review Board.
We will be conducting follow up surveys posted here, and the researchers appreciate your willingness to complete multiple surveys over the course of the next several months. Use the blank fields to enter other infectious disease like Bartonella that are not specified otherwise in questions.
